For 37 years, since I was 7 years old, I have had this problem of urinary tract infections. I felt depressed due to the symptoms. Because the burning was intense, I would limit going out especially during the summer or when the weather was hot, which aggravated symptoms. I was not able to go out or eat certain foods because I would get the infection. If I did not drink water I would get it too.
