Hace 5 meses mi presión empezó a subir. A causa de eso mi presión alta empesaba a subir por el stress en algunas ocasiones. No estaba muy feliz cuando me di cuenta y eso me hacia sentir mas ansiosa. No me sentía en paz estaba nerviosa y físicamente enferma. No me sentía como yo misma mentalmente y emocionalmente y esto afectaba mis relaciones.
