About 5 months ago, my blood pressure started going up. Prior to that, my blood pressure temporarily went up under high stress on a few occasions. I wasn’t happy when I found out about it, and that made me more anxious. I was not feeling peaceful and I was apprehensive and physically sick. I wasn’t feeling myself mentally and emotionally, and it affected my relationships. I had heart palpitations and was feeling weak and shaky. I also had trouble sleeping. I didn’t feel as energetic and my condition made me really tired. It was like my whole personality changed.
I went to the medical doctor and they wanted to put me on antidepressants and anxiety pills. I took 12 antidepressant pills and went back for two visits, but I was more into natural medicine. I didn’t like taking the pills and going to the medical doctor made me more anxious.
On May 2, 2006, I came to the Natural Medicine Center. I read about the clinic in the paper and I read the testimonials. I was hoping to get rid of the anxiety, get help for the high blood pressure, and feel good again. I wasn’t completely confident that I would get results and I didn’t want to get my hopes up. I began getting acupuncture treatments and started taking herbal tablets. I also attended classes.
I started feeling a little better after each treatment and after about a month, I am back to my old self. My husband saw a change in me. I am sleeping better and my blood pressure is normal. The heart palpitations are gone and I no longer feel weak and shaky. I feel peaceful and happy again, and I feel good. My energy is back and I am socializing again and doing everything I used to do.
I am happy about the results and I will tell other friends that natural medicine works. The staff is nice, friendly, peaceful and easy to talk to. I felt at ease when I was with them, and I like the atmosphere. I have only good things to say and I know it works and it helps people.
