I am a type 2 diabetic with high blood pressure, high cholesterol and a history of bad diet. My husband and I had been trying to conceive in the past, but were not successful. We had been trying for 7 years. I saw an OBGYN and also an endocrinologist for my diabetes. I was prescribed Insulin, Metformin, Lisinopril and Vytorin.
On October 28, 2006, I came to the Natural Medicine Center and began treatments with acupuncture and herbal medicine. My family and friends were supportive of my decision. I felt very comfortable at the clinic and the staff is wonderful, positive and friendly, which made the treatments even more positive.
I was able to conceive and become pregnant! I was late one month, and I was at a retreat and found out with my girlfriends. I appreciate that having a baby is a blessing!!! I am very happy with the results and my family and friends praise God that I am pregnant.
