“I stopped smoking…
I feel happy that I achieved a goal that was difficult to reach.”
For over 20 years I smoked cigarettes and was craving more. I started with 4 cigarettes a day and ended up smoking 2 packs a day. I had to have one every hour. I was getting sick more often, and I was coughing and caught colds more often. I tried the gum and the patch and other medications to stop smoking, but the results were only short term.
On January 14, 2006, I came to the Natural Medicine Center because I wanted to quit smoking. I was reading literature on it and I wanted to give it a try. My family and friends were very supportive of my decision. I believe in natural medicine and I knew of other people who had results. I started acupuncture treatments and herbal tablets.
After a couple of weeks, it got a lot easier to stop taking a cigarette, and I stopped smoking. I feel healthier, and I have no more odors and can be around people. My family is happy that I no longer smoke because I have tried to quit before but was not successful. I feel happy that I achieved a goal that was difficult to reach. I am content and happy about the results.
I am impressed by the Natural Medicine Center. They are professional people and the staff is nice and friendly and the office is clean. I really like Dr. Huang because he cares about the patients. I encourage others to try natural medicine because there are many people that are being helped by it.
