I was diagnosed in July of 2003 and for 1½ years, I suffered from right heel pain. I received electro, stimulations, ultrasound, deep tissue massages and a cortisone shot. My heel pain affected my work and I could not keep playing professional basketball. The medical doctors suggested more cortisone shots and possible surgery for my heel. I also suffered from a skin condition with white bumps. I was blessed with beautiful soft skin which was damaged by these white small spots on my elbows, hands, stomach and knees.
