Since 2005, I have suffered from chronic fatigue syndrome and fibromyalgia. I had a lot of anxiety and I was depressed and discouraged. My condition affected work and made it difficult for me to be regular as a nurse in the hospital. I had poor memory and sleep disorder. My condition affected pretty much everything and the regular daily things that needed to be done. I could not go out as much.

The medical doctor gave me drug medications, which cause me to gain weight and my skin became blemished and bad. I also took anti-depression medications.
