good. I started feeling better in less than a month.”
I suffered from migraine headaches for 2 years. I felt nauseous and dizzy and could not get up for work when I had a migraine. Socially, I had no desire to go out. I would get the migraine headaches twice a week, which made me worried. I felt desperate and would cry. I went to the doctor and was prescribed drug medications such as Imitrex and Advil. For the first couple of months the medication would help but after that the drugs did not help even after taking two per day. I was not happy with the results and they could not offer me other treatment options besides more medication.
On February 27, 2004, my friend walked into Natural Medicine Center and asked for information to give to me. I was somewhat of a believer in natural medicine and I hoped to get well from the treatments. I received acupuncture and drank herbal medicinal teas. There was no pain from the acupuncture and it was relaxing. The teas tasted funny at first but at the end it was good.
