I’m Back!!!
“Within the 1st

I suffered from chronic lower back pain due to an accident that injured my S5-L1 disk, and I was in continuous pain most of the time. I could not do anything physical - not even sit or stand because it was painful. I could not concentrate at work and my condition affected every aspect of my life. I could not go walking, take my son to sports or do gardening. I would have my kids bend over and pick up stuff for me.
From April 2006 to December 2006, I had physical therapy. I also saw a pain management specialist and had an MRI. I was given medications such as Vicodin and I took 2-4 pills a day as needed. They also offered injections such as steroids, which I did not want to do. There were no real results from the treatments, and I felt tired from the drugs and I had no energy.
On February 7, 2007, I came to the Natural Medicine Center and began acupuncture treatments and herbal medicine. I wanted to get rid of the pain and I didn’t want to become dependant on pain medications. I was hoping to get relief with natural medicine.
Within the 1st week, I noticed less pain, and by the 3rd week, I noticed that I was feeling a lot better. I am able to function without taking the drug medications. I am able to do the normal stuff I did before like gardening, going out, and going to work. I have increased energy and my quality of life has changed in every way. I have my life back!
My family and friends are happy for me. I am now a true believe in natural medicine because it works and I encourage others to try it before passing judgment.
