In July 2006, I was diagnosed with Pulmonary Fibrosis, which is an incurable condition. The doctor said that my right lobe was deteriorated and it did not respond to medicine. I was not aware of what it was, and it scared me when I found out what it was. There was a wheezing noise from my right lung, and I could not breathe well. I would cough a lot, and my throat and upper chest hurt because of coughing. I had phlegm and was not able to sleep well at night because of the phlegm secretion. I had not been able to work hardly. I mostly stayed at home, and I could not do anything. I felt anxious, tired and depressed.

The doctors gave me Prednisone, a corticosteroid drug, for my condition. There was really nothing they could do for me. Instead, they wanted me to have major surgery, which could have complications or worse, and there was no guarantee. I was under modern medicine treatment from July 2006 to November 2006 and there were no results. The side effects were terrible, and my condition worsened. I was extremely fearful for my life.

On November 7, 2006, I came to the Natural Medicine Center. I had heard about natural medicine, but did not know whether it would help me. I began treatments with acupuncture and herbal medicine. The treatments are very relaxing and painless.

I started to notice an improvement. There was less coughing, less phlegm, and more energy. I was able to work at home and go to the office and resume my life and work. In the last 2 weeks, I have hardly coughed, and I have had very little phlegm. I am more relaxed, and I am able to sleep better. I am less depressed, and I have even lost 10 pounds.
