On December 7th, 2013, I visited Agape Acupuncture in hopes that acupuncture and natural medicine will work. The staffs were nice, friendly, and helpful. During my visit, Dr. Huang provided me with acupuncture treatments, herbs, and a nutrition guideline. I wasn't expecting any results but after 3-4 visits, I started to feel better. I gained weight, had more energy, and wasn’t mad anymore. Acupuncture and natural herbs restored my body and now I am able to have a healthy relationship with my wife and kids.

In 2013, I started to experience stomach pains that affected my ability to go out with family and friends. I visited my primary care doctor at Clinica Sagrado Corazon and they prescribed me with strong pain medication and Pepto-Bismol for my stomach. After taking the prescribed drug, it made me feel even worse than before. I experienced more pain, stress and had panic attack that prevented me from spending time with my children. After searching every avenue possible, I came across Agape Acupuncture. I always believed in natural medicine and after reading their online testimonials, it encouraged me to visit Agape Acupuncture.

I came back after almost 10 years because I was desperate for an alternative solution to my acid reflux. I'm glad I did! It's been three weeks, and my condition is improving steadily. The acupuncture sessions are short, but effective with a compliment of herbal supplements that I take following meals. Given my results so far, I decided to bring my mom who has been struggling with shingles and muscle pain. She just completed her first week of treatment, and has decided to continue for the full 12 weeks.

The projected amount of time it would take to balance me out was about 12 weeks, but after few treatments of acupuncture, I felt calm, less anxious, and more optimistic. By the time school had ended, I felt back to normal and had a more upbeat demeanor. I am grateful to God for using Dr. Huang and his staff to help me when I felt low and in pain. He is my go-to doctor for health because I like gentle treatments and no negative side effects.

I first visited Dr. Huang when I developed pain in my neck after exercising for P.E. I had waited a few weeks to see if it would go away, but it didn't. My mom had even taken me to see a chiropractor who specialized in the neck, but due to the amount of x-rays he wanted to take, my mom did not feel comfortable. As a result, she took me to see Dr. Huang.
Dr. Huang was very warm and welcoming. He even prayed over me before he started the first treatment of acupuncture. After about three treatments with acupuncture, herbal medicine, and essential oil, my neck pain disappeared and did not return.
Fast forward a few months later, towards the end of my sophomore year in high school, I started feeling anxious and stressed. My body felt weak, and emotionally I started feeling down. Thinking about SAT testing, getting good grades, college, my future, etc., I felt quite overwhelmed. Due to concern over my demeanor and state of mind, my mom decided to take me to see Dr. Huang again.

Since July 1, 2006, I suffered from depression and anxiety with stress. My home life was suffering, and I couldn’t sleep well or eat. I never experienced this before and I have never had anxiety or depression. I wanted help for my condition.
I came to the Natural Medicine Center on September 9, 2006 and I began getting acupuncture treatments and taking herbal medicine. I was a believer in natural medicine and I wanted to find out if there was a physical aspect I needed to address.
