I was over the age of 35 and was finding it a little hard to get pregnant, and also wanted a healthy pregnancy. I went to the fertility doctor and they offered me IUI and IVF. I was stressed and depressed because I couldn’t get pregnant.
I came to Agape Acupuncture, Inc. on September 14, 2014 hoping it would help us to get pregnant. My expectations were low, but hoped for the best. I remember tears started welling up when she told me it may be a challenge to get pregnant and with some women, it can cause infertility altogether. Realizing I might not get to experience one of the most fulfilling experiences in life, I felt crushed and hopeless. I was put on Metformin and a couple months later, started gearing up to get on fertility medication (Clomid).
