Approximately 1 month ago I was diagnosed with Anxiety and Depression from not getting enough sleep and from work and the care of my child. I was tired and I went to a couple of different doctors and was prescribed a couple meds: anxiety and relax pills. I took drug medications for the month of October, which I felt did not really help.
I wanted to try natural acupuncture treatment. I was not a firm believer in natural medicine before Agape Acupuncture, Inc. but I read the testimonials online and wanted to try it. My friends and family were very supportive. I came to see Dr. Kevin Huang on October 23, 2012 and started acupuncture and herbal medicine. I wanted help and I expected to get well. I suffered from depression for years caused by a hypothyroid problem. I was on a lot of medications and tried everything including the drug Prozac from my doctor. I was sluggish and was in a negative state of mind. I couldn’t function at work with a good attitude. I knew that coming back to Agape Acupuncture would help me. I knew it would work. I had been there before and was a firm believer in natural medicine.
I came back in October 2015 and received acupuncture, herbs and ate correct foods and diet. I immediately felt better and had a better sense of well-being.
