In 2017, I began to deal with skin issues such as hives, rashes, burning, itchiness and even insomnia. I had great skin before this and then stress caused me to break out which continued to make me miserable for months. Dr. Huang is a lifesaver! 

On November 24, 2018, I went to the dermatologist and was diagnosed with eczema dermatitis. I was shocked. I didn't realize I had something that serious because I was pretty healthy; it was odd that I had severe eczema. Eczema caused me to have severe swelling, major pain that felt like someone was punching me in the face. My primary doctor prescribed Prednisone, but they had bad side effects. I even tried high dose IV, and that didn't help at all. They kept prescribing me more and more medication; it made everything worse. Eczema affected my social life, work, and sleep. I was in pain all day, sad, and depressed. I wanted my life back, and I knew there had to be a better way. 
  
I heard people used acupuncture, so I looked online and found Agape Natural Health. All I wanted was my life back, to be free from the constant pain! My family was supportive and so excited for me to try acupuncture because they love natural medicines. 
 
On September 20, 2019, I came to Agape Nature Health for my consultation with Dr. Huang. I received acupuncture, herbal medicine, and dietary guidelines. I followed all of the recommendations, had a proper bedtime, and I got the results fast! After my first treatment, the pain was almost gone. The swelling went down, no headaches, no pain! I could sleep without medication. The needles didn't hurt, and the doctor was super gentle. 

I was always a firm believer in natural medicine since back home; my grandfather did acupuncture. I've seen results growing up but never used it for myself until now. I started feeling better right away! My skin cleared up, no more acne - smooth skin! I had an increase in energy. My coworker asked, "What's wrong with you?! You have too much energy!" Everyone around me noticed an immediate difference. I also lost 16 pounds, my sleep is great, and I feel so happy! I'm back! I can do normal life again!

I was diagnosed with eczema and migraine headaches at 13 years old. I suffered with this condition for 9 years and felt nervous that it would effect my skin my whole life. The headaches limited me where I could not go to work. The migraine headaches caused extreme nausea, and I was very light and sound sensitive. It caused me to be sick and it was hard to talk with people or focus on anything. The eczema made my skin extremely itchy. I could not wear clothes that I wanted. I had sleeplessness at night from the irritation and it bothered me daily at work.

I went to several Dermatologists for the eczema and the treatments of topical and steroid based ointments typically lasted 3 months. The eczema would go away for only short amounts of time and then come back. The creams always irritated my skin, caused extreme burning and dried out surrounding areas not affected by eczema.

I developed Eczema on my arms when I was 18 years old. Then it started to spread when I was 21. I had red spots all over my neck and they were itchy and scaly. My skin felt hot and had scabs and I felt very uncomfortable. When I exercised, my skin would become irritated. In school it was hard for me to concentrate and socially I was always self-conscious. In the summer time I was limited to what I could wear, and I always wanted to cover my arms and neck. It was hard being a girl and wanting my skin to look pretty.

I used steroid creams and other creams purchased online and steroid pills prescribed by the Dermatologist from 2008 – 2010. The treatments helped for a little while and then it came back. I did research online and knew that acupuncture was credible. I read some of the testimonials. I hoped to have my skin condition get better and to be able to concentrate in school. I started coming to Natural Medicine Center on October 9, 2010. My husband was supportive. The treatments I received were acupuncture, herbs and creams.

By the second week of acupuncture, I was feeling better. By the second month, my skin was 80% better. It is less red, less itchy and my skin is smoother. I have been sleeping better at night and have increased energy. I am able to concentrate in school and feel more confident socially. I feel healthier in general. I feel very happy about my results. I was hoping but somewhat skeptical because in the past I tried many other treatments that didn’t work for me. My family and friends are very happy for me.

Everyone at the clinic is nice and very friendly. The staff remembers my name and they are welcoming. They care. The medical staff is very attentive. They assessed my symptoms thoroughly and are positive. I will tell others of my experience and help them realize the benefits of natural medicine. I have referred a friend already. I have always believed in acupuncture. I feel natural medicine helps more than modern medicine for chronic diseases. Natural medicine is safer and targets the root cause. It does not cover the symptoms.

I suffered from eczema and dermatitis of the hands for many years. I had swelling and water blisters and I could not move my fingers. “There was a peace that I had not experienced in a very long time.”

It was the summer of 2012 when I first began to see little red bumps developing on my legs. I had assumed that they were bug bites, and that they would disappear if left alone for a while. A few weeks later, these bumps had covered my legs and were starting to appear on all parts of my body. They were very itchy and would often blister, causing pain as well. The ones that appeared on my fingers were especially difficult to deal with, as they made simple acts such as carrying objects much harder.

I went to doctor, who recommended me to another doctor, who recommended me to a dermatologist. He gave me some ointment to put on my skin, but it didn't really seem to help much. I went to another dermatologist, who diagnosed it as eczema. I have a few friends who have eczema, but their symptoms seemed much different from mine, as I had blistered sores covering most of my body, making normal, everyday tasks very difficult. The new dermatologist gave me a different set of ointments to try. Although it helped with the sores, new ones would keep appearing.

After about eight months, I went to another doctor on my parent's recommendation. My skin didn't seem to be doing much better there, and I found myself relying on the ointments just to make it through the day and allow myself to sleep at night, even though I knew overuse would be bad for my skin in the long run.

I had just about run out of options when my pastor's wife sent me an email. Her friend had been treated by Dr. Kevin Huang and recommended him to me. Although I never understood much about acupuncture or natural medicine, I felt like it couldn't hurt to check it out, especially since this doctor was a Christian like me.

At first things were difficult — I was put on a strict diet when I was used to eating whatever I wanted. I had to go to bed early even though the itchiness made it hard to sleep, and I was told to exercise more. I was given a new cream — one that would not be damaging to my skin. However, after a few months, I noticed that the sores were disappearing at a much faster rate than new ones are appearing. After a few more months my skin was looking a lot healthier. Any sores that popped up disappeared quickly. I was able to do a lot of things that I had given up on. I could travel without worrying about how bad my skin would feel. I could wear clothes that were previously too uncomfortable on all the sores. I could take a shower without feeling very itchy afterwards. There was a peace that I had not experienced in a very long time.

I am very grateful to Dr. Huang for the treatments he gave me, as well as taking the time to get to know me and pray for me. As a fellow brother in Christ, I found the talks about our faith very encouraging, and it gave me a confidence that things would be okay. Dear Dr. Huang:

On Labor Day 2014 I noticed several red rashes covering my entire chest so I promptly went to my dermatologist. She took a skin culture and then diagnosed it as a rare bacteria skin infection. She then prescribed antibiotics and started me using, over the counter, sensitive body wash, and told me to take 5 minute daily warm water showers and apply, twice daily, anti-itch moisture creams - none of this corrected the rash or stopped the itching.

Then I remembered that, in 2012, I developed severe redness, itching, cracking and dry skin covering both ears caused by the new hearing aids I just acquired. At that time, with strong recommendation from my daughter Vicki, she convinced me to sign up for Dr. Huang's acupuncture renowned treatment and began using, twice each day, the herbal creams he prescribed and soon a miracle happened again and the skin around my ears turned to normal and the problem was quickly healed completely - and continue in good condition today in 2015.

So, it became obvious to me that I must return to Dr. Huang and arrange for his acupuncture treatment and, once again the use of his proven excellent skin healing products using them at least twice daily - again I was truly blessed as my prayers were answered because I happily received amazing results eliminating the red rash on my chest in a seasonable time period.
