Acupuncture has an amazing long history that has made it the worlds oldest contemporary medical system. "More people have been treated by acupuncture than by all other systems of medicine combined." (According to Dr. David Brestler, director of UCLA's Pain Center.) Medical Acupuncture was developed by by research in physiology, biochemistry and pharmacology.In other words, it is the coming together of modern international medical science with classic acupuncture medicine. In March of 1996, the Food & Drug administration (FDA) of the United States of America approved acupuncture as a medical treatment method. because of its great demand and scientific research, the US Food & Drug Administration incorporated acupuncture into mainstream medicine in April, 1997. In July of 1997, Senate Bill 212 was signed into law, which indefinitely included acupuncturists in the definition of "physician" for the treatment if injured employees entitle to workers compensation medical benefits. In November, 1997 the American Health Council publicly announced acupuncture to be good for the treatment of pains, nausea, asthma, & arthritis. These countries are Russia, North and South Korea and Japan. “I’ve come to Natural Medicine Center (NMC) over the years for my wife when she’s gone through a few different medical issues (mainly endometriosis, hypothyroidism) and when my cholesterol levels were crazy (over 400), I came in. Dr. Kevin was very sympathetic and prescribed a plan of action for me. I had acupuncture and started drinking an herbal tea that his staff puts together for me (they give me packets of raw herbs and I soak it and boil it at home). My cholesterol has come down to normal levels now (basically cut in half), WITHOUT ANY DRUGS, WITHOUT ANY SIDE EFFECTS.

My primary care physician was amazed. I recommend Dr. Kevin and the Natural Medicine Center without reservation. This place is as good as it gets!

The treatments are basically painless and the wait usually is not long, if you have an appointment.

By the way, their “Lung Health” tablets are the best decongestant I’ve ever used. They work fast and when I have a bit of a cold, they help me breath like normal.
