When I was in Kindergarten, my parents noticed my face and legs swell up from water retention. After visiting a doctor, they said I had childhood onset, minimal change nephrotic syndrome.

My mom, being the research-warrior that she is, decided to take me to Agape Natural Health, and commit to a natural medicine regime: very limited sugar and salt in my foods, juicing and clean foods, plus acupuncture and herbs. I was young and couldn’t swallow the herbs yet, so we got creative and ground them up with a mortar and pistol and mixed them into applesauce.

Six years ago, I found myself battling HBP (High Blood Pressure) due to overwhelming stress. I have been struggling with Systemic Sclerosis, also known as scleroderma, GERD (Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease), Anxiety, and Stress for about three years now. I have been suffering with Tinnitus for approximately 13 years. I had ringing in my ears so working in an office and concentrating would sometimes be very distracting.
