When I was in Kindergarten, my parents noticed my face and legs swell up from water retention. After visiting a doctor, they said I had childhood onset, minimal change nephrotic syndrome.

My mom, being the research-warrior that she is, decided to take me to Agape Natural Health, and commit to a natural medicine regime: very limited sugar and salt in my foods, juicing and clean foods, plus acupuncture and herbs. I was young and couldn’t swallow the herbs yet, so we got creative and ground them up with a mortar and pistol and mixed them into applesauce.

About two years of acupuncture treatment from Dr. Huang and the staff at Agape Natural Health and lots of prayer from family and friends, I was miraculously healed. Up until that point, my body showed no signs of healing, but about three years after the diagnosis, my nephrotic syndrome completely disappeared.

July of 2017 marked the five year checkpoint without a relapse, so I was officially released from nephrotic care at CHOC Children’s hospital, the hospital that diagnosed my condition in the first place.

The doctors there were shocked and couldn’t figure out what switched in my steroid-dependent, young body. I was the first child to be released from that section of CHOC in two years. But I know that’s the healing work of God, using natural medicine, foods, and acupuncture to heal the body that He created.

I am now twenty years old, pursuing a degree in a field I’m passionate about, exploring the beauty of the world through friendships, relationships, and outdoor adventures, and truly using the second chance at life that God has given me. I couldn’t be more grateful.

Dr. Huang and all of his staff are amazing! They are friendly, professional and welcoming. They are also kid friendly! That is a big plus for me. My 6 year old son has been in treatment with Dr. Huang due to his Autism/speech delay. I must say it has been one of the best decisions we have made. I immediately started to notice improvement, within just a couple sessions my son showed to be more alert and responsive. He is now speaking  using 3-4 word sentences! It is amazing to hear his little voice and be able to communicate more with him. Shortly I started to receive notes from his teacher based on his improvement! (Keep in mind I have not shared with them that he is in treatment) My Son has been given 3 Awards: Student of The Month, Scholar and Most Outstanding Student! I had struggled with a bad case of Eczema, in which itchy red sores appeared all over my skin. After visiting five different doctors over the course of a year, I found that none of them could help me. One of them gave me a cream to help relieve the itching, but it was bad for my skin in other ways. I came to Agape Acupuncture on the suggestion of my pastor's wife, whose friend had a good experience here. The treatment wasn't what I was used to - acupuncture sessions, dieting, herbal pills, and a natural cream that wouldn't harm my skin. However, within a few months, I could see dramatic improvement. I was able to go out and do things without feeling constant discomfort. I was able to wear clothes that previously were too harsh on my skin. Dr. Huang is likely the friendliest doctor I've ever met. In fact, the whole staff is very welcoming. I can easily recommend Agape Acupuncture.

I went to Dr. Huang after being told by Primary care physician that there was nothing they could do for a weakened immune system.  Dr. Huang carefully looked at all of the medical data and validated the condition, but told me that he was able to help.   I had been sick for several months rotating through antibiotics, I had lost 30 lbs and needed to take a trip overseas, but could not take the required immunizations in my condition.  Dr. Huang confidently informed me that I would make the trip, prayed for me then began treating me with diet change, herbal supplements and acupuncture.  In a few months I went overseas.  As an added benefit I am off of cholesterol medications and have the best cholesterol levels since I was 20.  Dr. Huang and his staff are amazing.  He won't lie to you, he'll tell you if he can help you or not and he knows what he is doing.  I recommend Agape Acupuncture to everyone I know.  I can't stop thanking God for healing me by the loving hands of Agape Acupuncture.

My second time with Dr. Haung. He has treated me before with success every time.
I avoid your average doctor and the pharmaceutical industry because they never treat the problem. I have digestive issues and sometimes it gets difficult because it affects my eating. I hate it but Dr. Huang treats me with herbs, acupuncture and encourages me to push forward. Thank you Agape Acupuncture. Glory to God.

Between May 2017-July 2017, our daughter got Early Onset OCD and Tourette’s. Almost overnight, our carefree and happy daughter became worried all the time, plagued with rituals and ticks all day long. She literally could not even look us in the eyes or concentrate on a conversation because of her ticks. We were told that this happens to some children as their hormones change. It was recommended that we put her on medication. We did not want to put our daughter on the medication because of the side effects.

I remembered years prior when Dr. Huang healed me from a liver problem I was having. So, I gave him a call to see if he could help our daughter. He said that we should not delay, and that he believed he could help. We were so worried because we felt we were losing our daughter. So, we flew from our home in South Carolina and stayed in Orange County for a month to get her help.

We had our daughter do acupuncture treatments along with the herbs recommended by Dr. Huang. The results have truly been nothing short of a miracle! After the second day, we began to see a drastic reduction in her ticks. She was able to look us in the eyes and concentrate much better. As time passed, we noticed some good days and some not so good days. But as the month progressed further, there were less and less bad days and many more good days.

We leave CA tomorrow to head back home, and I am so thrilled that her ticks are 95% gone. After just one month!! The results have far exceeded what I thought could be done in one month. She still has some fears related to the OCD. However, many of her fears are gone! More are disappearing every day and we feel like we have our daughter back. Our son Sawyer had a very healthy first year of life. After turning one year old he started having all sorts of recurrent colds and sinus trouble. This led into long bouts of coughing with labored breathing which was very very scary and exhausting for him. We tried all sorts of sinus medications, breathing treatments, and inhalers. While he would improve for a while, it was never more than a month before he started all over again with sickness.

While our pediatrician suggested that we keep him on allergy medicine and inhalers indefinitely, with the hope he would grow out of it, we knew that this was not God’s best for Sawyer. We took him to Dr. Huang in faith. The results of the exam were shocking. Sawyers immune system was as low as it could get and his lungs and other systems were not functioning well at all. We immediately started 12 weeks of acupuncture and supplements. While sitting, Sawyer would receive treatments in his back and watch his DVD player. He was easy going and didn't even know he was being treated most of the time! He gobbled up his supplements on a spoon of peanut butter without fuss everyday.

After the first week of treatments, Sawyer no longer needed his allergy medicine. In fact, he has not had a dose since we started. His constant runny nose disappeared and slowly his lungs healed and cough went away. At the 6 week mark it was clear all was going well and his immune system was much stronger. Throughout treatment he fought two colds and instead of weeks of recovery, it was only a few days! Sawyer is so much happier than before. He is growing faster, talking more, and definitely laughing more - as a little 2 year old boy should!

STOMACH PAINS (4 YEAR OLD BOY) | 2 MONTHS OF AGONY

Our 4 years old son started having stomach pains. We went to a doctor and was given antibiotics for a week. When the pain did not go away, we did x-ray and ultrasound. The diagnosis was constipation without obstruction. For several weeks, we changed his diet, gave him supplements to help him go. He would go 2-3x a day with good amount but the pain remained. We went to see different doctors and a gastro pediatrician but they have no answers except to put him in Miralax everyday.  

2 months of agony and not knowing if there is something else that we should do. The stomach pain is becoming a part of our everyday life and we don't like it. We prayed and prayed and asked God for direction. We researched online and found Dr. Huang's website. We read the testimonials and we are hopeful. We thought it will do no harm to try acupuncture. We are desperate.

We drove for an hour to see Dr. Huang for our first visit. After the first treatment, my son was given herbs to take everyday.  On the 6th day of taking the herbs, my son said that the pain is gone. As I am writing this testimonial, I can almost hear Dr. Huang's voice saying to my son, "Praise Jesus". Yes, praise Jesus, for healing my son and hearing our prayers.
